What is a cottage bakery?

In 2012, the Colorado Legislature enacted the Colorado Cottage Foods Act allowing limited types of food products to be sold directly to consumers without licensing or inspection. A food handling course must be completed and maintained. Sales are restricted to the state of Colorado. (C.R.S. Section 25-4-1614)

What is the ordering process?

Make your selection and complete your order from the website by Sunday prior to a Thursday or Friday pickup or delivery.

Pickup will be available Thursday & Friday 8am-7pm and local delivery can be made available for an extra charge. Shoot me an email or leave me a message with delivery requests. Please choose your pickup/delivery method during checkout.

Local delivery available within the borders of:

Colfax to the North, Broadway to the West, Yale to the South and Colorado to the East.

Each cookie you order from Trommel Bakehouse will be freshly baked in my home kitchen from recipes I have crafted and tweaked to consistently provide the highest quality product.
